Demigod Official ("we", "us") operates the Demigod Official mobile application — a luxury jewelry shopping experience. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your full name, phone number, email address, and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account.
• Profile photo — only if you choose to upload one.
• Order information — items purchased, delivery address, and order history.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or payment credentials. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
• AI Studio prompts — text descriptions you submit to generate jewelry concept images. These are processed by our AI image provider to create your image.
• Device push token — if you allow notifications, so we can send order updates.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To process and deliver your orders
• To send order updates and, with your permission, offers via push notification
• To send password-reset codes to your email
• To generate AI concept images you request
• To provide customer support

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not read your contacts, location, or files.

4. Who we share data with

Only the services required to run the app: Supabase (secure database & authentication), Paystack (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), our AI image-generation provider (prompt text only), and Google Firebase (push notification delivery). Each processes data only to provide their service.

5. Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime in Profile → Settings → Delete Account — this removes your personal information from our systems. Order records required for legal/tax purposes may be retained in anonymized form.

6. Children

Demigod Official is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with industry-standard protections including row-level security.
